The Waters of Tropical Storm Ondoy, September 26, 2009

Saturday, September 26, 2009 brought the heaviest rains to Metro Manila in twenty years. Elma was stranded. Hundreds of people were drowned or are missing. Elma finally made it home, walking in water that was up to her chin. She did manage to get some photos early in the storm, and late the first day.
